Color Palette Generator
What is a Color Palette?
A color palette is a curated set of colors that work harmoniously together, based on relationships between hues on the color wheel. The six main color scheme types are: complementary (two opposite hues — high contrast, great for call-to-action elements), analogous (three adjacent hues — harmonious and natural-feeling), triadic (three evenly spaced hues — vibrant and balanced), tetradic (four hues forming a rectangle — rich but complex), split-complementary (a base plus two neighbors of its complement — softer contrast than complementary), and monochromatic (one hue at multiple lightness levels — clean and cohesive). Well-chosen palettes create visual consistency across UI components, branding, illustrations, and marketing materials.
